We’re excited to announce our upcoming Gymnastics Holiday Camp! This is a fantastic opportunity for gymnasts of all levels to develop their skills, stay active, and have fun during the holidays. The camp will include skill-building sessions, fun challenges, team activities, and plenty of opportunities to boost confidence in a supportive environment. Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot soon! We look forward to a fantastic holiday camp full of gymnastics and fun! Your child will require a drink and a packed lunch.

Before booking with us, it is important that you read our terms and conditions outlined below.
At Paragon Gymnastics Academy, we are committed to providing high standards of professionalism in all of our classes, camps, and events. The health, safety, and enjoyment of our gymnasts is our highest priority. We operate under strict safety procedures, risk assessments, and industry regulations. Our coaching team are fully qualified, DBS-checked, and trained in first aid. We also hold full public liability insurance.
When booking one of our programs you agree to these terms and conditions.
We aim to keep our policies straightforward, especially concerning payments and cancellations, to provide clear expectations for families.

Payments
• Classes: Tuition is charged monthly in advance to reserve your child’s place. Payment can be made via the Class for Kids subscription service.
• Camps/Clinics: Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• Parties: A non-refundable deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 14 days before the party date.
Unpaid sessions will result in the gymnast’s space being released.

Cancellations by Paragon Gymnastics
If we must cancel a class, camp, or event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. coach illness, facility issues, extreme weather), we will:
• Offer a transfer or credit to another session (for camps/events).
Refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the director.

Cancellations by Parent/Carer
Classes
• Withdrawal from classes requires written notice by the 15th of the month to stop tuition for the following month.
• Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Camps/Clinics
• 14+ days before start date: Full refund.
• 7–13 days before start date: 50% refund.
• Within 6 days of start date: No refunds.
• Illness/Injury: Credits may be offered with a doctor’s note, at the director’s discretion.
Parties
• 14+ days before party: Full refund of fees paid.
• Less than 14 days before party: No refund, but we will do our best to reschedule.
• If Paragon cancels: We will reschedule or provide a refund.

Illness
• Gymnasts should not attend if unwell (fever, contagious illness, vomiting within 24 hours).
• Refunds or credits are not provided for illness or missed sessions.

Late Payments
• Payments are due by the stated deadline.
• Continued non-payment may result in removal from the program and legal action to recover fees.

Dress Code & Safety
• Gymnasts must wear appropriate gymnastics attire (leotard or fitted shorts/leggings and t-shirt, hair tied back, no jewelry).
• Bare feet are required in the gym unless otherwise instructed.
• Paragon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Feedback and Concerns
We welcome open communication with parents and gymnasts. Feedback can be given in person, by phone, or via email.
