Our structured preschool gymnastics classes are designed to help young children build coordination, confidence, and a love for movement in a fun and supportive environment. Each class follows a consistent routine that combines warm-up and skill stations to keep children engaged and learning.

Coaches guide gymnasts through age-appropriate activities that develop balance, strength, flexibility, and motor skills, while also teaching important social skills. This is an independent session, parents must wait in the waiting room.

Please note: All participants must have British Gymnastics membership for insurance and participation purposes.
